**Job Title: SAP Ariba Source-to-Pay (S2P) Specialist**
**Role Overview**
We are seeking an SAP Ariba S2P Specialist to lead procurement transformation initiatives leveraging SAP Ariba’s Source-to-Pay capabilities. The SAP Ariba Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Ariba solutions to streamline procurement and supply chain processes. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing ERP systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Advisory**
+ Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client business objectives and procurement goals.
+ Drive procurement transformation programs, including spend analysis, supplier rationalization, and sourcing optimization.
+ Anticipate and mitigate risks from supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, and market volatility.
**Process Optimization**
+ Implement best practices for sourcing, procurement, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
+ Design and execute category management frameworks and supplier performance scorecards.
+ Ensure compliance and efficiency across procurement processes.
**Technology Enablement**
+ Act as an SAP Ariba Functional SME, leading design and configuration of Ariba modules:
+ **Sourcing**
+ **Procurement**
+ **Contract Management**
+ **Supplier Information & Performance Management**
+ **Spend Analysis**
+ Configure workflows, approval processes, and compliance rules.
+ Integrate SAP Ariba with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4HANA).
+ Provide end-user training and support for SAP Ariba functionalities.
+ Monitor supplier performance and manage risk through Ariba tools.
+ Conduct spend analysis and deliver actionable insights using Ariba analytics.
+ Stay updated on SAP Ariba best practices and new features.
**Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Collaborate with client leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment and adoption.
+ Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to drive user enablement.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor for procurement technology and process improvements.
**Thought Leadership**
+ Publish white papers, case studies, and represent the organization in industry forums.
+ Stay updated on emerging trends in sourcing, procurement, and SAP Ariba technology advancements.
**Required Expertise**
+ Deep functional understanding of SAP Ariba platform capabilities and best practices.
+ Ability to design, configure, and implement SAP Ariba solutions aligned with business requirements.
+ **SAP Ariba Certification** (mandatory for credibility in procurement technology consulting).
+ Experience in SAP Ariba integrations with ERP systems and other procurement tools.
