Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join as Consulting & Digital Solutions Leader at Mercer . This role will be based in Manila. This role focuses on building two major growth areas for MercerMarsh Benefits: Consulting and Digital Solutions. Health and benefits consulting teams work with a wide range of companies to help them assess, develop and deploy strategies, programs and initiatives to improve the health and wellness of their employees. H&B consultants advise clients on best practices, financial management, compliance, communication, flexible benefits and administration of health and benefit programs. In addition, Digital Solutions teams offer tools on modernizing benefits administration, flexible benefits technology, employee engagement and communications to improve overall HR benefits management and employee experience.
