Consulting Manager

We wish to appoint a Consulting Manager in our Risk-Consulting team in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project teams for the delivery of professional services to clients across a wide range of industries.
• Develop and assess internal control systems and corporate governance frameworks
• Design, implement, and review enterprise risk management frameworks, including risk policies and procedures.
• Plan and perform internal audit engagements.
• Contribute to the development of ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks.
• Prepare ESG performance reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CSRD).
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on banking regulations, supervisory guidelines, and regulatory expectations related to risk management and governance practices.

Requirements

• BSc in Economics or Business Administration or other relevant area (MSc in Risk Management or relevant field will be considered as an asset)
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIA, FRM will be considered as an asset
• 7-10 years of working experience in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Compliance or other relevant field
• Experience in the Banking Sector, familiarity with Greek and European Banking regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, CSRD) and experience in preparing sustainability reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details.
• Competent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
