**Role Overview**



Our Cognizant Consulting Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG) team advises our clients on the topics of digital transformation/digital strategies, process optimization and innovation. The focus is on new business models with digital product and service offerings as well as the optimization and realignment of our clients' IT strategy and transformation.



We are looking for consultants who are interested to be part of such exciting and challenging projects within our RCG Consulting Unit.



**These will be your tasks and challenges:**



· You will provide consulting services as part of a team, supporting our Retail & Consumer Goods customers in solving and overcoming their key digital transformation challenges



· You will independently analyze processes and data and identify recommendations how to implement digital concepts and solutions



· You will support the whole cycle in projects of digital transformation from scoping, planning, evaluation, solution design up to implementation and verification in the process and system environment of our customers, using up-to-date technologies



· You will lead cross-functional teams defining and detailing offers and approaches including presentation of the results



· You will analyze and identify new potentials within digital transformation



· You will prepare and conduct client workshops



**Your experience and qualifications**



· At least 10+ years relevant professional experience within a Consulting company or company in the Retail & Consumer Goods market



· Well-founded experience in the role of a Domain Consultant, Agile Project Manager in a Retail customer



· Knowledge in analysis, design and transformation of digital business processes



· Passion for new technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Internet of Things) and trends, including their meaningful adoption



· Experience in presentation of project results and concepts



· Knowledge of methods used in the area of software development (incl. Agile, Scrum, Quality Assurance, Testing)



· Ability to „Think-out-of-the-box“



· Structured approach, team player, creativity and strength in communications



· Willingness to travel



· Fluent in English, German advantageous



· Degree in business administration or business information systems or related (Bachelor's/Master's degree)
