Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to drive the configuration, demonstration, and integration of Oracle Banking platforms for leading banking clients. In this role, you will architect secure, end-to-end cloud solutions, assess and remediate PaaS impacts, and advance digital process and learning content for customer adoption. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements, manage feature releases, and deliver holistic cloud adoption strategies.
 

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, cloud delivery, or platform configuration within the enterprise software sector.

  • Proven expertise in Oracle Banking platforms or similar core banking technologies.

  • Practical experience with cloud components (SaaS, PaaS, and OCI), integration methods, and API management.

  • Strong understanding of software release management and customer training/adoption initiatives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

    • Good-to-Have:

  • Hands-on experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector.

  • Familiarity with agile implementation methodologies and digital learning content creation.

  • Oracle Cloud certifications or relevant solution architecture credentials.

  • Experience working with global/multinational clients and remote project delivery.

  • Can I demonstrate prior experience configuring and integrating Oracle Banking (or equivalent core banking) platforms in a customer-facing context?

  • Have I architected solutions that blend SaaS, PaaS, and cloud infrastructure components to address complex business requirements?

  • Am I adept at assessing the impact of new functionalities and integrations, and recommending or implementing effective remediation strategies?

  • Configure and validate Oracle Banking platforms (in non-production environments); demonstrate and verify proposed solutions and integration points for clients.

  • Develop and enhance business process flows and digital learning content to support training and adoption of configured functionalities.

  • Assess the impact of new platform functionalities on PaaS applications and implement required modifications or custom extensions.

  • Document and review changes related to APIs and integrations; maintain integration specifications and monitor SLA impacts.

  • Design and document comprehensive solutions that integrate SaaS, PaaS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components.

  • Analyze customer requirements for fit/gap analysis, documenting solution approaches covering both SaaS configurations and PaaS extensions.

  • Craft and recommend cloud adoption strategies—including communication, training, and user support plans—to optimize customer engagement and success.

  • Oversee release activity management: prepare feature summaries, conduct technical walkthroughs, and facilitate customer-facing demonstrations and training.

  • Serve as the primary liaison among clients, Oracle Consulting, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation.
