We are seeking a **Technical Engagement Leader** to provide expert consultation, strategic direction, and oversight for client engagements. In this role, you will lead the design and configuration of customized solutions to meet client workflow needs, while ensuring successful delivery through risk management, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.



You will be responsible for leading client meetings, driving process improvements in healthcare delivery, and empowering clinical teams with innovative solutions. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects are key to success in this role.



**Responsibilities**



As a **Technical Engagement Leader** , you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert consultation, project oversight, and strategic direction to stakeholders. You will lead the design and configuration of client-specific solutions tailored to meet workflow requirements, offering recommendations to optimize outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating solution risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.



You will take the lead in client meetings and events, driving workflow and process improvement strategies that enhance healthcare delivery. Through custom solution development, you will support clinicians and empower patient care teams to deliver better outcomes.



This role will require collaboration at all levels of the organization, where you will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project success. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction on engagements, leveraging key skills such as coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem-solving.



As a member of the Technology Consulting team, your focus will be on delivering quality projects within scope, on time, and on budget, all while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
