Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced FLEXCUBE Solution Manager/Senior Technical Consultant to lead core banking implementation and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE implementations, strong technical skills in PL/SQL and Java, and proven ability to manage complex banking transformations across retail and corporate banking domains.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation projects from requirement gathering through production support
- Design and develop technical solutions for core banking modules including CASA, Lending, Interest & Charges, and Liquidity Management. Manage version upgrades and migrations across FLEXCUBE platforms (versions 11.x through 14.x)
