Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading and optimizing the operational management of Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) solutions and CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms in complex, large-scale environments. The individual drives continuous improvement, ensures high-quality service delivery in alignment with client SLAs, and empowers teams through expert guidance and process innovation to strengthen the organization's security posture.

Skill Requirements

a. Okta OCI / WIS experience is required

ii. Groups/Policies/Authentication Flows

iii. Etc

b. Auth0 experience is a benefit as we will also be starting Auth0 development in 2026

c. Some full stack experience required, as some of our Okta development is supplemented by CSS and Javascript work

d. Some build automation experience is preferred as we are using SALTO to configure automated builds and ...
