Business/ Planning
• Co-work with country sales team & regional PM team to maximize margin and increase market share for all managed consumer product
• Responsible for building, implementing, & executing country’s product demand generation programs, which align to quarterly & annual financial goals
• Evaluate performance & Sell Out result at appropriate interval (Week/Month/Quarter) and instigate corrective actions to keep country on track to achieve target
• Provide relevant input to the annual & quarterly planning cycles by review key financials (Units, Product-mix, AUR, Rev$, Margin$)
• Identify opportunity to partner with alliances to grow business

Product Related
• Effectively manage Product Transitions with a view to maximizing revenue & profit
• Ensure accurate forecasting for relevant products; co-owner (Country Sales & Regional PM) for country’s forecast
