Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute long-term strategies to strengthen cult's brand equity, working closely with marketing leadership and aligning initiatives with the vision of making 100 million Indians active.
- Leverage consumer insights to craft compelling narratives that drive campaign ideas, and support growth of fitness service offerings.
- Lead brand performance tracking by introducing best practices in brand health measurement, optimizing metrics, and ensuring actionable insights drive decision-making.
- Co-own the objective of communication excellence with the creative team, with high quality briefing processes and clarity on marketing message hierarchies.
- Define and execute an efficient media strategy and mix, ensuring maximum ROI across traditional and digital platforms.
