A Day in the Life 

As the Consumer Engagement Lead - ANZ you will report to the Omnichannel Marketing Director and partner closely with Brand, CDMO, creative and digital teams to own the paid + earned media view for the division and drive ecommerce growth.

  • Strategy & Planning: Set holistic media & advocacy mix by category and brand; define SOV (media) and SOI (advocacy) KPIs and investment guidance.
  • Acquisition & Activation: Lead multi-channel digital acquisition (programmatic, paid social, paid & organic search, affiliates) to grow online sales and platform adoption.
