At ING we are looking for a Contact Center data analyst

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our Analyst Contact Center team in the COO domain. The responsibility of this team is to provide the assisted channels (Backoffice, Contact Center Front, chat and chatbot) with the necessary information for the proper follow-up of our customer’s support activity, and for taking the strategic decisions and our way of working is proactively use the data for building consistent reports and dashboards and for taking decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Positively contribute to Build and update reports for activity follow up
  • Run monograph analysis for deep dive on the main KPIs for all the support channels
  • Ensure all the reports are accurate and provided in time
