About the role

As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This full-time position is based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office. In this pivotal role, you will be integral to driving the strategic direction of our customer contact operations and ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality service to our valued members.
