Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing large-scale migration programs (IVR, Voice, Contact Center)
  • Hands-on delivery of VoiceBot / IVR to Cloud migrations
  • Good understanding of Telecom, call flows, SIP, IVR, voice platforms
  • Experience working with cloud contact center solutions (Amazon Connect / Google / Genesys, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and SI management skills
  • End-to-end ownership: planning, execution, cutover, risk & rollback
