Job Title: Contact Center Quality Assurance Specialist I


Location: Remote (Training Onsite at Queens, NYLocation)


Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)








Company Information



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contact Center Quality Assurance Specialist I to join our team. This role involves communicating with healthcare provider offices to request and record medical records accurately. Training for the position will be conducted in-person at our Queens, NY location for two weeks, after which the role transitions to a fully remote position. Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, or Urdu is highly preferred.







Job Duties



Contact healthcare provider offices to request medical records.


Accurately log and track records received, ensuring all data is entered into the system with precision.


Maintain high-quality documentation and adherence to established protocols.


Communicate effectively and professionally with provider offices to resolve any discrepancies or follow up on requests.


Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.







Education



High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.







Experience & Skills Required




  • Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, or Urdu is highly desirable.

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 45+ words per minute (typing test required).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management systems.

  • Ability to complete a two-week in-person training at the Seneca location before transitioning to remote work.








Languages



Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, or Urdu is highly desirable.
