2. Contact Center Sr. / Executive

Position : Contact Center Sr. / Executive Gender : Any No. of Posts : 2

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial first sales contact and schedule appointments.
  • Provide information to callers about company services and products.
  • Manage inquiries and record the requests in given forms, software and web portals (training will be provided for software data entry and web portal data entry).
  • Manage inquiry sheets in given forms/formats and software.
  • Should be very much familiar with MS Office and Internet.
  • Continued product education to better service customer calls.
  • Skills/Requirements:

  • One or more years experience of Telesales in a high volume fast, paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and telesales skills.
  • Experienced with Web Based Applications and Windows.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Superior closing skills.
