**Contact Center Supervisor**
We are THE BEST ENTERTAINMENT and**TICKETING**company at a GLOBAL level.
We are looking for:
**CONTACT CENTER SUPERVISOR.**
**SOME FUNCTIONS**:
- Provide necessary information to the service advisors in a timely manner to ensure timely response to the fan.
- Follow up and resolve escalated fan service cases in conjunction with various internal areas.
- Supervision of process monitoring and compliance with service policies during fan service.
**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?**
- Fluent English, speaking and writting.
- Bachelor's degree in BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION or related.
- At least 2 years of experience in:
- Human resource management and administration.
- Daily operations report generation.
- Preferably with Zendesk or multi-channel CRM.
- Shift role availability.
