We are looking for a motivated trainee to support our contact center team in Madrid, ensuring that operations are optimized and customer service standards are consistently met.
Overview
The Contact Center Trainee is responsible for supporting the Contact Center team by auditing and updating property information for agents, reporting on program performance, and working closely with partner departments to maintain optimal contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update individual hotel information with hotel partners to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and representative details for contact centre agents.
- Onboard new properties and collaborate with the CC team to support EMMA data quality and report progress.
- Work closely with CC BI analysts to ensure accurate KPI goals.
