In this role, you will play a meaningful part in our mission to protect communities and save lives by supporting our home fire safety initiatives.

About you:
As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for callers reaching our nonemergency line. You will listen carefully, understand their needs, and provide supportive, reassuring guidance using your effective communication skills.
