Overview

Our client is seeking a customer service professional to join their team as a Contact Centre Officer. This organisation has a focus on agribusiness and is the pivot point for farming and rural operations across Australia. It enables the efficient and effective capture of data from farmers and growers and provides related services to them, as well as their stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls;
  • Speaking and building relationships with farmers/ growers;
  • Verifying personal details such as addresses and bank account details; and
  • Entering relevant information into the organisation’s database.

Work Arrangements
