Position: Contact Centre Representative
Department: Contact Centre – Wealth & Premier Banking
Experience: 1–6 years
Shift: Flexible to work in UK/US Rotational Shifts
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
- Resolve queries with high accuracy and professionalism
- Achieve First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Maintain excellent Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure closure
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong customer-handling skills with empathy and patience
- Understanding of CSAT and FCR metrics
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Mandatory prior experience in customer service/contact centre
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree
- No active backlogs; 10th & 12th certificates required
- Ready to work in UK/US rotational shifts
