About the Role

We are hiring Contact Centre Representatives for our Wealth and Premier Banking Contact Centre (International Voice Process) . Join one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations and grow your career in customer service excellence.


Position: Contact Centre Representative

Department: Contact Centre – Wealth & Premier Banking

Experience: 1–6 years

Shift: Flexible to work in UK/US Rotational Shifts

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
  • Resolve queries with high accuracy and professionalism
  • Achieve First Call Resolution (FCR)
  • Maintain excellent Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong customer-handling skills with empathy and patience
  • Understanding of CSAT and FCR metrics
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Mandatory prior experience in customer service/contact centre
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree
  • No active backlogs; 10th & 12th certificates required
  • Ready to work in UK/US rotational shifts
