Your role
We are looking for a Global Contact Lenses Sourcing Project Manager who will lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage global projects related to contact lenses sourcing at cross-regional level. This role ensures cost optimization, supplier financial performance, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards while driving data-driven insights through advanced reporting and analytics.
Main responsibilities:
• Project Management
o Lead global sourcing projects for contact lenses from initiation to completion.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams (Strategy, DTC, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance).
o Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier innovation.
• Reporting & Analytics
o Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sourcing KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, compliance).
o Perform spend analysis, market trend analysis, and risk assessments.
o Utilize advanced tools (Power BI, SAP, Excel) for data visualization and predictive analytics.
o Price maintenance working with Sourcing Controlling
• Supplier Relationship Management
o Maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers.
o Monitor supplier performance and compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
Main requirements:

o Results-oriented with attention to detail.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
o Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
o Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools
o Experience in medical devices or contact lenses industry preferred
