The Digital Content Coordinator plays a critical role in managing digital content workflows, ensuring seamless communication between requesters and the digital production team. This role is responsible for intaking and processing content requests, ensuring all assets and content meet specifications, and tracking project progress in monday.com. The Digital Content Coordinator is a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who ensures that content is accurate, meets brand and accessibility standards, and is delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between requesters and the digital production team, ensuring all content requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage workflows and project progress in monday.com, keeping tasks organized and ensuring timely completion.
- Ensure all content assets meet required specifications, including file formats, image resolutions, character limits, and brand guidelines.
- Define and communicate project timelines, blockers, and scope changes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- QA content before it is published, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
- Gather requirements from cross-functional teams for new content projects, ensuring clear documentation and expectations.
- Manage domain redirects and vanity URL requests, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure proper implementation.
- Ensure all digital content complies with accessibility standards, meeting WCAG 2.0 ADA guidelines.
- Track content-related issues and escalate them in JIRA or other issue-tracking platforms, facilitating resolution.
- Monitor and update requesters on project progress, ensuring they have visibility into key milestones and completion timelines.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital content coordination, project management, or a related field.
- Highly organized and process-driven, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing workflows in monday.com, JIRA, or similar project management tools.
- Strong understanding of content specifications, including image formats, character limits, and accessibility guidelines.
- Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring clarity in project scope, updates, and blockers.
- Experience working with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0) and ensuring compliance in digital content.
- Basic understanding of domain redirects and vanity URL management is a plus.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
