Content Creator Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning, creative development, execution, and delivery of high-impact short‑form video campaigns
• Support the interpretation of complex client briefs into actionable creative strategies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience goals
• Support the end-to-end content lifecycle for specialized projects (e.g., trend‑based challenges, influencer collaborations, or new platform exploration)
• Support company‑wide creative initiatives, ensuring that production timelines are met and deliverables exceed quality standards (e.g., mega‑campaign content)
• Ensure that all content projects are delivered on time, within the creative scope, and optimized for high‑performance engagement
