Job Title: UGC Content Creator role
Employment: Full-time
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Role Overview:
We are looking for a camera-friendly, confident, and creative on-screen personality to become the brand face of Hi Tours Group . This role is ideal for someone who loves travel, storytelling, and short-form video , and enjoys being both in front of and behind the camera . You will be responsible for creating engaging UGC-style content , building a digital community, and bringing the brand’s travel experiences to life across social platforms.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Content Creation & On-Camera Presence
Act as the on-camera host and brand representative for Hi Tours Group
Feature in short-form videos, reels, and travel-led content
Deliver confident, authentic, and engaging performances on camera
Conceptualization & Scripting
Ideate and conceptualize UGC-style travel content aligned with brand tone
Script short-form content including hooks, transitions, and CTAs
Stay updated with reel trends, formats, and platform best practices
Shooting & Production Coordination
Execute on-ground shoots including destinations, hotels, experiences, and office-based content
Coordinate with the editing and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery
Provide creative input on framing, storytelling, and visual flow
Post-Production & Marketing Alignment
Work closely with editors to refine cuts, captions, and visual narratives
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and brand goals
Review edits and ensure consistency with brand voice and quality standards
Community Building & Engagement
Help build and nurture a social media community through engaging, relatable content
Drive audience interaction through comments, stories, trends, and Q&As
Represent the brand’s personality across platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
Performance & Growth Orientation
Track content performance and suggest improvements based on insights
Experiment with new formats, storytelling styles, and creator-led trends
Continuously optimize content to improve reach, engagement, and brand recall
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven experience or strong inclination toward UGC, reels, or on-camera content
Extremely camera-friendly, confident, and articulate
Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling
Comfortable with scripting, shooting, and collaborating on edits
Creative, self-driven, and execution-oriented
Passion for travel, experiences, and digital content
