THE ROLE
As a
Content Creation Intern
, you will support the creative and social media teams in bringing ALOHAS' brand vision to life across digital platforms. You will be involved in the
full content creation process
from research and ideation to production, editing, and community engagement, all while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven fashion startup.

This role is ideal for a creative self-starter with a strong interest in content, social media, and sustainable fashion, who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow within a collaborative environment.

YOUR CHALLENGE
Content Creation

• Research content references and identify industry best practices.
• Propose and develop creative content ideas aligned with brand guidelines.
• Film and capture photo/video content for multiple platforms.
• Edit and adapt content for different formats and channels.
• Organize and properly label all content in the designated folders.

Social Media

• Community management on Instagram (via Georgias) and TikTok.
• Assist in moderating user-generated content through the Flowbox platform.
• Help gather key social media metrics (KPIs).
• Ensure all social media profiles are up to date (cover images, links, bios, etc.)
• Assist in monitoring social trends and platform updates relevant to the brand.
