**Job Title: Content Creator**
Location: México (Fully Remote)

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (videos, graphics, and copy) for social media.
- Optimize content for engagement and audience growth across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
- Assist in managing paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with content strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong skills in video production, graphic design, and copywriting.
- Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), or CapCut.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and content best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
**Requirements**:
- A laptop or desktop computer with at least 8GB of RAM and an Intel Core i3 processor (4th gen) or higher.
- Operating system: Windows 10+ or macOS 13+.
- Internet speed: Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload.
- Ability to work under Mexican labor laws.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- A strong portfolio or work samples demonstrating creativity, engagement, and brand consistency.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience running paid social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO for content optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Loom, Slack.
- Background in branding or storytelling.
