Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor degree in English, communications, technical writing, journalism, or a related field is preferred but not always mandatory
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly material
  • Proficiency in using documentation and content management tools, such as Microsoft, Adobe, content management systems (CMS), or video editing software, depending on the format of content (document or video).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a wide range of documentation, including user manuals, product guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to gather information and validate content
  • Ensure that documentation is clear, accurate, and user-friendly
  • Organize and categorize documentation for easy retrieval by team members and clients.
