Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative content creator who loves social media, enjoys being in front of the camera , and has a strong sense of storytelling. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning ideas into engaging videos and posts, experimenting with trends, and building a brand voice that feels human and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Be comfortable on camera —speaking, hosting, explaining, and storytelling
• Brainstorm and execute original content ideas aligned with Mentor Match’s brand and audience
• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and audio
• Collaborate with the marketing and growth team to support campaigns, launches, and announcements
• Assist with basic scripting, shooting, and coordination (editing skills are a plus but not mandatory)
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content quality

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who loves creating content and experimenting with ideas
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video platforms
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn simple ideas into engaging content
• Good communication skills and a relatable on-screen presence
• Prior experience as a content creator, influencer, or social media intern is a plus (but not required)
