We are looking for a long-term Creative Virtual Assistant to take full ownership of our short-form video content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
The Role: You won't just be editing; you will be building the content strategy. We have a streamlined system (ClickUp) and powerful AI tools to help you, and we will provide training on our specific workflow. However, you need to be creative, autonomous, and obsessed with social media trends.
Your Responsibilities (The Workflow):
1. Market Research: Daily scrolling on TikTok/IG to identify trending sounds, formats, and hooks in our niche.
2. Idea Generation: Proposing video concepts that fit our web app brand.
3. Creation:
* Recording high-quality screen captures of our web app in action.
* Using AI tools (we provide access) to generate supplementary content.
4. Editing: Editing fast-paced, engaging videos in CapCut (adding captions, music, audios, transitions, and effects).
