Role overview -

The Content Developer is responsible for creating high-quality training content for Center Managers and operational teams. The role involves instructional design, e-learning creation, video development, and close collaboration with SMEs to deliver accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content using ID principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s).
• Create e-learning modules, SOP microlearning, onboarding content, and scenarios.
• Build interactive courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• Develop assessments, quizzes, and SCORM/xAPI-ready modules.
• Script, shoot, and edit training videos.
• Collaborate with SMEs and operations to validate content accuracy.
• Manage revisions, feedback, and version control.
• Ensure quality checks, LMS upload support, and content library maintenance.

Skills & Experience

• Strong Instructional Design experience (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and video editing tools (mandatory).
• Understanding of LMS, SCORM, xAPI formats.
• Strong written communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Preferred: Canva, Adobe tools, fitness/gyms domain knowledge.
