Role Purpose

This role will support the growing demand for always-on, high-quality content across digital channels, campaigns, and performance assets. The Content Executive will be responsible for coordinating, creating, adapting, and executing digital content across platforms, ensuring consistency, relevance, and speed to market while supporting overall brand and performance objectives.

The role combines creative content production with digital execution to help strengthen brand presence, enhance engagement, and drive measurable marketing outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Execution

  • Develop and adapt digital content for social media, websites, campaigns, and paid performance channels.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines.
  • Support always-on content delivery to maintain consistent brand visibility.
  • Write engaging captions, scripts, and short-form content tailored to each platform.

Design & Creative Production

  • Design visual content including graphics, layouts, visuals, and campaign assets.
  • Support the creation of multimedia content such as reels, animations, and short videos.
  • Edit and enhance visual content to professional standards.

Campaign & Performance Support

  • Adapt content formats for paid and organic channels to maximize performance.
  • Ensure fast content turnaround to meet campaign timelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives.

Content Coordination & Calendar Management

  • Contribute to content planning and scheduling across platforms.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand presentation across all channels.
  • Coordinate internal approvals and stakeholder inputs where required.

Digital & Social Platform Execution

  • Publish and manage content across social media and digital platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, trends, and audience behavior to support optimization.
  • Stay updated with best practices, emerging formats, and industry trends.


Requirements


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in digital content creation, social media, or creative production.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating content and visual design capabilities.

Skills & Competencies

Technical

  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalent).
  • Experience with video editing and short-form content creation.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling capability.

Behavioral

  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach.

Additional Information

  • Experience in corporate, real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.
  • Bilingual English/Arabic is a must any additional languages would be a plus.
