Content Head (Co-Founder Track)

Overview

We are creating India's first specialized sports storytelling production company. With a background in events and communication, we have an extensive network in the sports domain.

Responsibilities

• Define the creative vision & content strategy
• Design original IPs – docs, short-form, talk shows, live/experiential formats
• Lead end-to-end production – scripting, shoots, post, budgets, crew
• Ensure cinematic quality & storytelling depth across all output
• Drive OTT pitches, platform relationships & commissioning
• Build and lead the creative & production team
• Create a scalable content engine (not one-off projects)
