Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content Management Specialist with 2–5 years of experience to support the development and governance of content within a global knowledge base utilized by a Virtual Agent (AI Chatbot powered by Large Language Models). The role requires working closely with global teams, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.
