Education: Hold a degree in communications, journalism, or related fields.

Top 3 skills: Have 3–5 years of experience supporting leadership communications, including crafting messages and coordinating executive visibility.

Are proficient in creating communication materials using Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, SharePoint) without relying on third-party design tools.

Have hands-on experience hosting in-person and virtual campaigns aimed at improving employee experience and engagement.

Possess basic video editing or Photoshop skills, which would be a strong plus for producing dynamic and visually appealing content.
