Colored Byte is looking for a Content Manager.
This is a fully remote position at a fast-growing digital design and development agency, full of awesome people and exciting e-commerce projects This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll work with long-form video content and turn it into short-form videos and social posts across different platforms. You don't need to be the most experienced person in the world, we like to invest in people :)
Note: This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy or influencer position.
Systems, templates, and clear workflows will be provided.
What you will do:
Edit long-form YouTube videos
Cut long videos into short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels)
Adapt content for different platforms (aspect ratios, pacing, captions)
Create Instagram feed posts using provided templates (quotes, carousels, clips)
Write captions
Schedule all content using social media scheduling tools
Follow established systems,...
