Job Description

Overview

As Content Manager - Team Lead the employee reports directly to the Content Service Manager.

Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing and monitoring the progress of linguistic projects
  • Ensuring content quality across a wide range of styles, terminologies, and formats
  • Balancing project budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring overall profitability
  • Collaborating closely with subsidiaries in target markets and with internal teams
  • Ensuring all content aligns with the client’s desired tone, style, and brand identity
  • Briefing and coordinating with freelance writers, translators, editors, proofreaders, and reviewers
  • Handling all tasks related to linguistic project coordination
  • Supervise, guide, and develop team members by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, fostering collaboration, and supporting individual professional growth
