The Content Manager is responsible for:
- Designing, structuring, and updating training and documentation content related to our software.
- Playing a key role in transferring knowledge to both internal and external users, ensuring the quality, clarity, and consistency of all materials.
- Managing a team of two documentation specialists.
- Reporting to the Product Expertise team.
- Overseeing the management of Product reference materials.
Documentation
- Write and maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation for the software.
- Organize content in an accessible and intuitive documentation database.
- Ensure consistency between product updates and associated documents.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to gather necessary information.
