The Content Manager is responsible for:

  • Designing, structuring, and updating training and documentation content related to our software.
  • Playing a key role in transferring knowledge to both internal and external users, ensuring the quality, clarity, and consistency of all materials.
  • Managing a team of two documentation specialists.
  • Reporting to the Product Expertise team.
  • Overseeing the management of Product reference materials.

Documentation

  • Write and maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation for the software.
  • Organize content in an accessible and intuitive documentation database.
  • Ensure consistency between product updates and associated documents.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to gather necessary information.
