Job Overview

The Content Manager – U.S. Case Law owns Clio’s U.S. case‑law collection, driving coverage parity, data quality, reliability, enrichment, and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for U.S. federal and state case law, targeting full parity against Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Manage KPIs for coverage completeness, update latency, citation accuracy, enrichment depth, and reliability, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Conduct coverage gap analysis, prioritize new coverage, and lead build/buy/license evaluations with cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with Content Ops, Data Ops, and Engineering to evolve ingestion, enrichment, and metadata pipelines.
