About Synup
Synup is a platform built for marketing agencies . We help agencies deliver and scale local marketing for their clients through a unified suite of products covering local listings, reputation management, social media, analytics, and reporting .
Since 2014, agencies have used Synup to manage growth for over 1,000,000 businesses worldwide.
We’re looking for a Content Marketer to own and evolve Synup’s content across web, product marketing, and sales enablement.
What You’ll Do
1. Website & SEO Content
- Plan and write SEO-driven content: blogs, guides, comparison pages, and resources that drive qualified traffic.
- Create website content for Synup’s products (landing pages, use cases, solutions pages).
- Work closely with the team to identify content opportunities across the funnel.
2. CS & Sales Enablement
- Translate product features into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Create product-focused content like one-pagers, case studies, decks, explainers, and battlecards to enable our sales and CS teams.
4. Content Strategy & Distribution
- Own the content calendar across blogs, web, and supporting channels.
- Repurpose content into other shareable assets to distribute it across different channels.
- Support social content ideation where relevant (especially thought leadership and product narratives).
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in content marketing or B2B SaaS writing .
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex products.
- Ability to research a topic in-depth (beyond the first page of Google) and write from perspective.
- Experience creating content that supports growth, SEO, and sales (not just top-of-funnel blogs).
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, and Leadership.
- A good sense of humor is a bonus
