Posha builds cooking robots that live inside your kitchen and cook food for you completely autonomously. Posha robots use Artificial Intelligence enabled Computer Vision to consistently and reliably cook the best food for our users

What can I expect from this role?
Posha is one of the rare startups building cutting-edge deep tech consumer robotic products from India for the world. We’ve gone from 0 to $2 M in pre-orders in the US and we are now looking for a leader to power our next phase of growth.
You would be working in the trenches with the founders for this role - building through our GTM and achieving $10 M in pre-orders over the next 2 quarters.
What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?
In this role you would:
Big-Picture Ownership
Be Posha’s voice: Tell the story of a category-creating cooking robot and drive top-of-funnel awareness.
Build our Content Marketing Engine: Market existing product capabilities around AI - in a fun & engaging way. Content would take the form of emailers, videos, App wireframes
Own the content calendar: Plan and prioritize all content across email, video, social, website, mobile app, and in-product touch-points.
Day-to-Day Execution
Copywriting & Campaigns: Craft punchy, conversion-ready copy for newsletters, social posts, flyers, brochures, and packaging while partnering with designers to make every asset shine.
Website Messaging: Turn AI-heavy product features into clear, benefit-led stories; keep pages fresh, fun, and SEO-friendly.
Mobile App & In-Product Copy: Write micro-copy, onboarding flows, error messages, tooltips, and push notifications that guide users and reinforce Posha’s friendly tone.
Product & Hardware Touch-points: Develop copy for device displays, manuals, quick-start guides, and unboxing experiences to delight users from first interaction onward.
