What You’ll Do
1. Lead Our Social Media & Community Presence
- Manage SpotDraft’s social channels (LinkedIn, X, and others) — from strategy to posting and performance tracking.
- Build a presence on Reddit and other communities where legal, ops, and AI conversations are happening.
- Experiment with formats — carousels, reels, threads, AMAs — to grow engagement and awareness.
2. Run Brand Campaigns That Stick
- Partner with design, demand gen, and product marketing to launch integrated campaigns around key themes like “SCALE” and “AI in Legal.”
- Bring creativity and consistency to how we show up — across visuals, messaging, and storytelling.
- Track performance and share insights to continuously refine our approach.
3. Own the Monthly Newsletter
- Plan, write, and ship SpotDraft’s monthly newsletter — curating stories, insights, and resources for our growing audience.
