Job Description

KPI Partners is seeking a senior Content Marketing Lead (10–15 years of experience) with deep expertise in the Data, Analytics, and AI space to drive high-impact, business-focused content across global markets. This role is critical to shaping KPI Partners’ narrative, validating content from multiple sources, and owning long-form, solution-oriented, and sales-enablement content. The ideal candidate brings strong domain understanding, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across thought leadership, partner content, PR, video, and sales materials.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end content marketing strategy aligned with KPI Partners’ business, sales, and brand objectives.
  • Validate, refine, and enhance content delivered from internal teams, partners, and external agencies to ensure accuracy, relevance, and domain credibility.
  • Create and lead development of long-form and business-critical content, including sales presentations, offerings, solution briefs, battle cards, case studies, and white papers.
  • Develop thought leadership content across Data, Analytics, AI, GenAI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation domains.
  • Own partner-specific content, including joint solutions, partner GTM assets, co-branded collateral, and announcements.
  • Lead content creation for PR, analyst relations, executive communications, and key corporate narratives.
  • Conceptualize and script video content, including explainers, solution walkthroughs, leadership videos, and modern content formats.
  • Manage and maintain the editorial calendar, ensuring timely, high-quality content delivery across channels.
  • Develop, edit, and optimize content for blogs, newsletters, social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and content performance.
  • Analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and optimize based on insights.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats to maximize reach and ROI across platforms.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging topics to identify new content opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, leadership, and partner teams to ensure content directly supports pipeline and brand growth


Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B, consulting, technology, or Data/AI-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, AI, GenAI, Cloud, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven portfolio of long-form, business-focused, and thought leadership content.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content validation skills.
  • Strong experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations and sales enablement assets.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems such as HubSpot CMS.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and creative problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing for data, analytics, AI, or consulting organizations.
  • Experience working closely with sales, alliances, and leadership teams.
  • Exposure to analyst relations, PR content, and executive communications.

Success Metrics – First 90 Days

  • Complete a comprehensive audit of existing content assets, messaging, and narratives across marketing, sales, and partner channels.
  • Establish a clear content validation and governance framework to ensure accuracy, consistency, and domain credibility.
  • Define and roll out a refreshed content strategy aligned to KPI Partners’ Data, Analytics, and AI offerings.
  • Deliver high-impact sales and solution content, including updated presentations, solution briefs, and battle cards.
  • Publish at least two flagship thought leadership assets demonstrating KPI Partners’ depth in Data, Analytics, and AI.
  • Improve content engagement metrics (CTR, time on page, downloads) through optimization and SEO best practices.
