Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Communications Manager in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect the objectives of the organization
Research industry-related topics and manage the production of multimedia content to enhance better SEO traffic
Ensure content is consistent with the organization's brand, style, tone and key messaging including blog posts, website copy, videos, newsletters, case studies, research reports, eDMs, social media posts
- Prepare well-written drafts, proof-read and edit content
Localize global content for key Asia Pacific markets including Singapore, China, Australia and India, and co-ordinate translations when required
Manage the distribution of content through blogs, social media platforms, and other communication channels; work with the Digital Marketing Designer to upload content to the website and create email campaigns
Manage marketing campaigns and initiatives to target potential prospects through search engine marketing and social media ads
A/B test email marketing campaigns and paid media campaigns
Increase our social media following in key markets in Asia Pacific and boost post engagement
Collaborate with other members of the regional and global marketing, external communications and sales teams to brainstorm and develop plans
Liaise with vendors as required including content creators, videographers, photographers, graphic designers and digital marketing agencies
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing tactics
Research trends and keep the company at the forefront of new developments in digital marketing and communications
Support with the creation of content for regional internal communications
· Experience
- 3-4 years in PR / communications / digital marketing / content creation
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English with impeccable spelling and grammar
- Great research and organizational skills
- A self-starter, who has an eye for an interesting story
- Passionate about social media trends
- Basic understanding of search optimization
- Ability to multi-task and support the team as required
- Previous experience running a blog (personal or professional) would be advantageous
- Creative production skills preferred but not essential (Photoshop, iMovie)
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Eloqua and Google Analytics is beneficial but not essential
