About the RoleWe are seeking a Content Marketing Manager (Program & Academics) who will anchor SST’s organic brand-building efforts across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and student communities. This role sits at the intersection of academics, student life, and brand storytelling - ensuring SST’s distinctive narrative reaches ambitious students nationwide.As the bridge between faculty, students, agencies, and leadership, you will not only manage the content calendar but also ensure every story is packaged, executed, and amplified with impact.You will be directly measured on organic growth KPIs while also shaping SST’s long-term academic and thought-leadership positioning.
What you will do/Responsibilities
Lead Social Content & Brand Storytelling Own and execute SST’s content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and student-led channels.Oversee agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality, on-time content.Track growth metrics: YouTube (views, subs), Instagram (reach, followers), LinkedIn (impressions, engagement). Act as the Academic-Brand Bridge Attend key classes, mentor sessions, and events to capture stories and insights.Liaise with the Academics & Program team to surface updates and initiatives worth amplifying.Ensure brand storytelling reflects academic depth and authenticity. Amplify Academic Impact Curate student projects, research outcomes, and innovation lab stories into public-facing content.Ensure coverage and storytelling for academic events and collaborations. Build Leadership Thought Presence Manage and grow the LinkedIn presence of Scaler leadership (Dean, Programme Director, Head of Faculty) and key instructors.Work with leaders to publish 5-7 weekly posts showcasing academic insights, faculty voices, and institutional milestones. Required Qualifications (Max 5-6)
Experience: 4-6 years in content marketing, social media growth, or brand storytelling - with proven success in scaling youth/education-focused brands.Audience Understanding: Deep insight into Class 12 students, parents, and academic influencers. Ability to craft content that resonates with this TG.Execution & Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.Storytelling + Growth Hybrid: Balance between narrative depth (well-researched stories) and growth accountability (driving numbers).Stakeholder Management: Comfort in working with leadership and faculty, including ghostwriting & thought leadership experience.Analytical & Structured: Data-driven mindset with ability to track, measure, and optimize content performance.Mission-Driven: A passion for education and building an iconic institution, with the hustle to go beyond 100% ownership.
