Content Migration Support

(Activity/Services that must be performed)

The Supplier Personnel must provide the following Services:

• Curation and moderation of course content
• Develop/review standards and procedures to support content publishing
• WCAG Compliance checks
• Support Campus Team
• Knowledge transfer to internal APS staff
• Other tasks as directed

ICPM - Level 4 or Level 5

Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements

The Supplier Personnel must have the following skill sets:

• Generalist with ICT skillsets
• Technical hands-on and design experience
• Prior experience of content migration (from existing mature platform to pilot platform)
• Experience working with content management systems
• WCAG compliance 2.0 AA
• eLearning development and testing
• Content remediation
• Team leading experience
• Scheduling/project management relating to content stream of work
• The Supplier Personnel must meet the criteria required for the SFIA code/s and level and have the appropriate skills to carry out the services required.
