Content Moderator – Mandarin Speaker Penang

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and understanding).
• Willingness to work onsite at One Precinct, Penang.
• Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, objective decisions.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content (videos, images, text, etc.) in Mandarin and English .
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards.
• Accurately identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
• Maintain high attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and contribute to the improvement of moderation guidelines.
