Content Moderator

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Content / Community Moderator to help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment within our gaming community.
Job Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Monitor user activity for violations of community guidelines
Identify, document, and report inappropriate or harmful behavior
Escalate serious incidents to the internal team following defined processes
Ensure community standards are consistently upheld
Provide regular reports and insights on user behavior trends
Requirements:
Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations calmly
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and follow moderation guidelines
High level of responsibility and attention to detail
Previous moderation or community management experience is a plus
