Content Moderator

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Content / Community Moderator to help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment within our gaming community.
Job Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity for violations of community guidelines
- Identify, document, and report inappropriate or harmful behavior
- Escalate serious incidents to the internal team following defined processes
- Ensure community standards are consistently upheld
- Provide regular reports and insights on user behavior trends
Requirements:
- Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations calmly
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and follow moderation guidelines
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Previous moderation or community management experience is a plus
