Content Moderator – Gaming Industry

We are seeking a Content Moderator / Support Agent for one of our largest clients at our Mexico Delivery Center. This role will serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries, focusing on in-game content moderation. You will help maintain a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for players and escalating complex cases to senior teams.

As part of this role, you will actively play and test FPS games to understand gameplay, identify issues, and ensure compliance with community standards.
